Hi I finished my iva last October but did not have the certificate of completion till May 15. Do i need to contact the credit agencies and send them a copy of my completion in order to get things moving? I want to move house in the next 12 months so would this still effect my chances of getting a mortgage?
Thanku

The IVA will stay on file for 6 years from the start. Useful info here:

My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I can personally vouch for Ryan & Shaun. I have spoken to Ryan recently and he has been very informative and reassuring about mortgage options post IVA.
An IVA is a long hard road but valuable lessons have been learnt along the way. Now looking forward to enjoying a debt free future!

Hi Alyson.24
Foggy's advice and link is great advice. You need to contact all credit agencies and get the details correct.
Happy to look at these for you and can supply template letters to help if you would like to get in contact
