I have paid off my IVA early and in full (and the rest) nearly 5 months ago. Do I get a completion certificate and when can I apply for a mortgage?

Hi - you will get a completion letter but your IVA will remain on your credit record for the full six years.

Have a word with either Shaun or Ryan (contact details via the expert link on the left hand side) and they may be able to help you with a mortgage.

I would chase them for your completion certificate have they said why it's being held up?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi

It was the beginning of November 2011. I will have to check my paperwork for the exact date.
