There are mixed reviews on Creditfix - take a look at some of the posts on here about them.
If you are thinking of setting up an IVA then I would speak to one or two companies before making a decision.
Andy Davie/Vincent Bond post on here so they are worth contacting for some free advice.

As someone who was transferred to them I wouldn't recommend them.
Too erratic and with some changes they are making too intrusive.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
I got moved to them against my wishes, any dealings with them has a been a nightmare.
Avoid at all costs (oh and avoid Stepchange, they are a "charity" and by that their payroll is met by a bunch of banks.. so they are thinking about you.. honest)
Stepchange do have some good reviews on here, as do Payplan who are also a 'charity'.
Bear in mind that all companies when doing an IVA will charge a fee regardless of whether or not the banks are behind them or not. You will be paying the fees, not the banks.

Payplan take whole of household income into account so you also have to be careful.
Stepchange is fine sol long as you have a simple IVA but they may farm you out to Apeture etc.
No company is 100% perfect but shop around and explore the options before you make a decision that impact on you for the next decade.

Payplan were fine but of course both of us were in an IVA (not interlocking) so obviously all income was taken into account anyway.
Never had a problem with them but there are pro's and con's with any company.

I would say contact Michael Peoples, always seems fair and very knowledgeable, I would further add the small companies appear to have the better customer care in the majority of cases.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
I always recommend you go and meet your IP face to face. Recommend you arrange to meet you in your local area. Most good ones will not charge you for the initial meeting.
