My IVA will be in place for 7 years. Will it come off my CRA file after 6 years?

My IVA started in April 2008 and completes in May 2016 which means my IVA has been in place for 7 years. My question is even though it has not completed. I thought it should only stay on my CRA file 6 years is this correct?

Hi Howard - Its either 6 years or after you complete, whichever is later.
