Paid a monthly fee for about the last 12 years to my bank so I can receive benefits like Travel and gadget insurance, overdraft of £250 etc but now claimed some monies back as I have never been able to have the overdraft since my 3 years in an iva... I have claimed back from them about £1500, is this classed as ppi, as Barclays have written the cheque out to Barclays????
Anything like this will be classed as similar to PPI so I imagine that this will have to be paid into your IVA.

I agree Lisa - I think it will be classed the same as PPI.
