Is it normal for a company not to inform you of how much creditors have been paid, regardless of how many times you have asked?

If I cancel my IVA, how long will it take for my creditors to chase me?

An IVA is a ridiculous solution for a debt of less than five thousand pounds, unless there are extenuating circumstances. How much is your monthly payment ?

Your company should be able to give you a breakdown of payments made and fees deducted. Who are you with ?

If you fail the IVA your creditors will chase eventually and speed depends upon the creditor, as does the effort they put into getting the money back.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

It does seem a very low figure.

Whoich company are you with?

Are you sure you are actually in an iva and not a debt management plan?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Is £4500 the total of your debts prior to your iva ? Or is this the agreed minimum return during your iva term agreed at the creditors meeting?

I have a spouse in an interlocking IVA with debts of this size where for example her only income is child benefit. This is in itself unusual but probably best for the client but £4,500 for a stand alone IVA is a new one on me.
