It's not a certificate unfortunately.

It your IVA has been terminated this means it normally has failed and you are back to square one. It will be headlined and if you have received one then you need to get some advice about what to do next.

I apologise too for not reading the original post properly. I'm sorry to hear your IVA has failed for whatever reason and hope you take the relevant advice from a professional as to what your next steps could be All the best.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
