Hi and welcome,

It is just a letter telling you that you have fulfilled your obligations and your IP is no longer acting for you.

It's not a certificate unfortunately.

a piece of paper, fairly disappointing in looks but in value you know you've worked hard to receive that all important piece of paper.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It your IVA has been terminated this means it normally has failed and you are back to square one. It will be headlined and if you have received one then you need to get some advice about what to do next.
