Can I change an IVA company ? My current one has caused me trouble by submitting a bankruptcy request to the court which in the end has been dismissed by the judge as it has not been done appropriately.

Hi and welcome,

Can you explain a little more? Were you in trouble with your IVA? Had it failed? Did they tell you they were going for bankruptcy?

You could propose a new IVA if your current one has failed but we would need more information about the existing IVA.
