Can I get out of current IVA and take out an IVA with another company ?

Can I get out of a IVA that I am in with the current company and take out an IVA with another company?

In a word, No. You can allow it to fail and start again from square one with another company, but the monies you have paid thus far will be lost.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

You can let that IVA fail but will probably have interest added on which will make your debt greater.

Any reason why you want to change company?

No - why do you want to change? Your IP can be removed in extreme circumstances for misconduct.
