I was in an IVA over 6 years ago (6years was up in April) I've recently got access to my credit reports. The defaulted a/c is still showing (although it says satisfied)for MBNA. Am I correct in thinking this should now be removed as 6 years have passed? The other cards are not showing now. If so can anyone point me in the right direction/ provide contact details for the correct department for MBNA to get this removed? Thanks

Check the date of the default on the account, it should be no later than the date your IVA setup date.

Template letter half way down this page

My Blog details, the route I took before IVA, how I choose my firm, equity release advice (year 4-5), challenging the CRA's keeping IVA on credit file once gone from insolvency register

IVA ended August 2015. Would recommend McCambridge Duffy
