Hi I am currently in an IVA which is only in the first 5 months and I am managing okish. I forgot o declare a debt to my IP when the IVA was first set up. Well I didn't forget it was a buy now pay in 12 months time and I thought that I could get it paid before the year was up but I can't of course. What should I do as the direct debit will show on my bank account so I can't hide it.

Can you compensate for it within your other allowances?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

The debt should be captued by the IVA even if the creditor did not receive notcie. Send the details to your IP.
