Do I just cancel my standing order after making my last payment number 72? I have had no letter from My IP telling me that I'm on my last month, but this is my 72nd payment after having an extension due to being unable to re-mortgage

Hi, it might be worth just ringing your I.P to make sure. I spoke to mine a few weeks back and their accounts showed me £30 down due to a discrepancy in income and expenditure so paying £10 extra for the remaining 3 months. Next month is my last and I will cancel standing order. They said they would be putting something in writing but nothing yet. They also confirmed there would be no review so no worries there.
