I have earned more than I have advised. Will I be required to make payment or will IVA fail ?

Hi and welcome,

Can you just explain a little more? A percentage of anything extra earned may need to be paid over but you need to speak to your IP about this.

Hello and welcome.

If you've earned more have a look at your paperwork as it should explain in there. Or for clarification do contact your IP.

It's best to send any extra in monthly as I did and then that way no surprises at review time.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

You might fail your IVA if you have not been declaring your full position. Do you mean you earned more than you originally estimated?
