Hi I'm a nurse I'm awaiting an Iva as I'm beginning new job but my ex partner has gone to court and had 2500 added to my land registry will this affect my registration

The debt may now be secured so will need to be paid outside of the IVA. Your income and expnditure account will need adjusted to allow this payment otherwise your ex could attempt to enforce their security.

Hi If I understand you correctly your ex partner has obtained a judgement against you for a debt and secured this by taking a charge over your property, reflected at the land registry records? If this is the case then follow Michael's advice.
