Hi. Just coming up to the end of year 4 of I've and my wife has just been given the option of a car scheme through work. We are thinking of taking this out as our car is 11 years old an probably not got much life left in her. Is it possible to take this scheme as family member will be paying most of the payment as they're dependant on us having a car. Thanks in advance.

I don't think that would be a problem. I got one through work as my old car packed in. No car = no work = no income = no IVA. I'm pretty sure your IP will agree to this, following an income/expenditure review of course.

Hi and welcome

I don't think you will have a problem with this, just speak to your IP.
