Ive just received my closure certificate! Yay! Ive paid back 100p pennies to the pound, so as far as im aware my IVA is fully done and dusted. I have a PPI payment of £6k and I was hoping to get some of this money back as none of it has been used in my IVA. Ive just called aperture to be told they have no idea when ill receive this money as its all still under investigation. I don't understand why? Ive paid everything off! Can anyone explain to me why they can't just release the funds owing to me? equity in finance have already had their fee. Many thanks

Congrats and well done! Did you pay statutory interest too? Only thing I can think of other than delay tactics from some clueless office worker!

Hi
I can't see why any refund of PPI will not come back to you as you have already repaid your debt in full
My guess is that your IP will take their cut before forwarding the balance to you
