We made our last payment to our IVA on 2nd November and received our completion certificates on 6th November. I can't describe the feeling and really don't know whether to laugh or cry, the relief that it's over is beyond belief. I want to thank everyone who contributes to this forum,it has kept me sane for the last five years and in turn kept my husband sane. Big thanks also to PJG for setting up our IVA's and to Creditfix for the support over the last year and extremely swift closure. To anyone in an IVA then just stick at it,it was the best decision we made to face up to our debts and enter an IVA,although stressful at times we have made it to the end and it was well worth it. Sorry for the long post.

Fantastic news fruitloop and how quick was that completion letter!!!

Keep checking the insolvency register to see your names disappear (can take up to three months) but good luck for the future.

Also check your credit records to make sure there are no defaults registered after the date of initial acceptance.

Congratulations and enjoy Christmas. I'm similar to you in that I'm an ex PJG client now with Creditfix, I only have 4 more payments to make and 20 Feb 2016 can't come soon enough!

Same here as sprowstonboy and congratulations to fruitloop.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Only 2 payments left with CF.

Do they not send out letters confirming there is no equity and thus it will just be the normal 5 years of payments ?

I chased them to find out this and have been told that January will be my last payment
