Can I complete the sale of my house when my certificate for my failed iva comes through? My iva failed in 2011

Yes but why are you only getting the certificate now if it failed 5 years ago?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Possibly not as the trust may survive the failed IVA. The property could still be an asset of the IVA if your previous IP did not sever the trust and remove their restriction.

You may need specialist legal advice.
