Would I be able to cancel IVA as I haven't started paying any money ?

I entered a IVA programme. I havent started paying any money, so would I be able to cancel it?

Why are you looking to cancel so soon ?
You could allow it to fail but this would remain on your credit file for the full 6 years and creditors would start to claim interest on the full amount owed.
