Highly unlikely without a sizeable deposit and the rates are very high. You may have to wait until six years have passed from commencement but there are two mortgage experts on the forum who could advise better.

Hi,
Sorry to say but whilst the IVA still remains on your credit file and as you have just finished it, you would probably need a 50% deposit. There may be an option with 30% but this is very restrictive so would need more information from you to advise in detail.
