Hi all
Question regarding the Green v Wright case which is to be heard in May 2016 regarding the ppi returning to the debtor after iva finished and iva certificate received are we to presume that all money collected by GT who i was with after a completed iva and certificate issued would then have to be then returned back to the debtor if the case is won in favor of the debtor.

Probably not as different terms and conditions.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

In addition they may have had a deed of assignment on closure but regardless as Lifenoteasy says the Wright v Green case relates to R3 terms and conditions and not Protocol.
