Hi everyone, we settled our iva early with a full and final. Only one creditor voted no. My husbands credit score went from very poor to a respectable good on EXperian shortly after we completed. He has just checked the score now and it has gone back down to a measly very poor. All the accounts that accepted the full and final payments are showing as defaults. Can they do this, are the accounts not going to show as settled until the iva original agreed completion date. Thanks, Andrea.
full and final accepted January 2015

iva agreed; August 2010
iva would have completed; August 2017
extra year thank's to NRAM

You need to write to the data controllers for those defaults enclosing a copy of your completion letter and tell them to remove defaults back to the date of original IVA acceptance.
