My employers paid the money to a different account. They paid the money to the old account (in April). The bank have held onto the money. The bank said that the Company should write to them regarding it. My employers have said that his IVA company should write to Halifax to explain what is going on. The manager of the bank said the money could be in a holding account.
Hi - I think this is a repeat post? It's probably held in the Bank's suspense account. If you get all 3 parties to contact the bank this should unravel it.
