I had an iva which ended August 2014. I am looking to buy my first home but I am struggling to find a morgage lender who will except me. I have 25% deposit and my credit file is now clear off my iva. I am self employed which I have been for 3 years. Is there anyway for me to get a morgage?

When did your IVA start - your IVA comes off your credit file 6 years after it started. As Luluj says contact Ryan or Shaun - you have a nice deposit so hopefully one of them will be able to help you.
