Received my CC from Grant thornton in May. What should I do about PPI ?

Received my CC from Grant thornton in May Ppi still on going up to date they've had �53000 Ppi paid42000 myself into iva only owed �69000 just received cheque for �7000 Ppi of lloyds Tsb it should of gone to GT but come to me in my name what shall I do

It is possible that your debts have been repaid in full and the money is yours to keep. However you need to get confirmation from GT/Aperture or you could consider getting legal advice.

Or wait until the outcome of the court case next year which currently says if the PPI is paid after a CC is issued then its yours to keep...

Does it say anything on your completion about the company keeping back any moneys owed from PPI if you have not paid in full?
