Hi I have just over 12 months left on my iva, last October my circumstances changed (split with my partner) so i emailed dedt free direct to ask what to do they replied eventually and told me to fill out another expenditure form which they sent me , so I did sent it off and herd nothing so I thought everything was fine and in hand until I started to get letters saying there were missing payments, so I phoned them they said that I wasn't paying the amount agreed which I new was going to change after 3 years or so, several phone calls later I agreed to send all my documents through again (july this year) then received more letters from dedt free saying they hadn't received them I phoned back and asked why I was getting more letters and they told me they were just automatically generated and they told me thet had received my documents, since then I've heard nothing and received another letter yesterday asking for my documents, ive just about had enough of this now. so its been over a year since I first contacted dedt free direct and im still gave no clue. What can I do about this ?
Well that is poor customer care, computer generated or not. I would write one letter, send it recorded delivery, stating everything and ask them to stop unwanted mail as you've actioned what they wanted and they've confirmed they've got it. You could put email copies of this in.
This is obviously causing you some anxiety and sounds to me like left hand don't know what right hand is doing with DFD.
Maybe a call to insist on speaking with a senior manager or ideally your own IP (sometimes easier said than done I do realise).
Hope you get this sorted an they recognise they've got your information and this enables you to move forward in peace.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
My worry is that they are not doing anything and have not even contacted my creditors as to my knowledge, its been at least 3 months since I last spoke to them that's when they confirmed they'd had my updated documents and I've heard nothing. Dfd are absolutely rubbish in my eyes

You need to send a written letter of complaint. Send ALL corres in writing via post by recorded/registered delivery so there can be no argument it as not sent/received. Then you can escalate to a formal complaint if necessary.
Im definitely going to complain ,at the end of the day ive done everything that I should have and just been made to feel like I was in the wrong luckily ive got all of my original emails that I sent last year, its all about making money for these companies like dfd and when u need them they don't care
Original proposal based on two wages coming into the household now ive only got my wage coming in because im not in a relationship anymore they still seem to think I can afford the original proposal amount and ive told them that my wages fluctuates because of being on a part hourly rate and part performance bonus, I know I get paid well but this doesn't seem right at all.[:(]

Ask to do another I&E and keep pressing the fact that you only have one salary coming into the house now.
