I had an IVA and was then contacted by ca petitions who convinced me to go to bankcruptcy, well, it took ages (4 years) for the IVA company to sort out all the PPI stuff, and issue the final letter. Now in between this I have moved house and lost my job and now cant get in touch with the ca petitions company and I'm not sure what I should do.

Did you actually go bankrupt or did you just fail the IVA?

Hi and welcome,

Never heard of this company at all and can't find anything online.

If you have your completion/failure letter, why do you need to get in touch with them?

Hi

Check the online Insolvency Register to see if your IVA is still live and/or to see if you have been declared bankrupt

Hi Jennie - Are you sure they are called CA petitions? If you have been Bankrupted you need to liaise with the Official Receiver. Are you sure you were made bankrupt? What happened with your IVA?
