i have not been included in an IVA as a creditor. How could I recover some of the cost ?

I have not been entered on to the IVA list. The debtor was deceitful in not registering me in the IVA. What sort of an angle do I have to recover some of the cost.

You need to speak to the IP involved in this.

Depending on the size of the debt and if it was deliberate you may not be bound be the IVA. You do need to speak to the IP and possibly your solicitor.
