I have a Iva in place and was wondering
I rent a house and my landlord is taking out a mortgage
Will the fact that I am on a iva and living in their property affect that mortgage application ?
Thank you for your help

There is no reason it should as the mortgage company will credit check the landlord and not the tenant.

Hi Alan - The landlords mortgage is no concern of yours and your status should therefore have no affect whatsoever.
