have just had a letter from the above regarding possible money owing to me from iva charges paid by me is this letter a scam and has anyone else had one
I think you will find this is a load of rubbish - how do they know your circumstances and what you have paid?
A lot of other people have received these letters and personally speaking I think you should bin it.
The High Court case is still ongoing.

I believe that they have old Insolvency Service details and are trawling through them. There are a couple of firms about doing this at the moment.

IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
