My IVA is with Grant Thornton last payment august 2015 they have used two companies to investigate any PPI, no luck Did not have any I have now received a letter asking me to use another company to check on ppi .i will be entering my 8 th year in June ,no annual statement no answers to my letters ,and can grant Thornton give my IVA to aperture without informing me
GT rebranded and became Aperture and are the same company.
You need to complain, state that you expect your completion certificate and that you are happy to sign a deed of assignment.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
Unfortunately they can transfer your IVA to another company but they should have told you.
If you have made your last payment, why are you now entering an 8th year?

thanks everyone, will write again to GT asking why its taking so long,
re IVA; 5 years iva plus 1 year equity payments, so far
6 and 1/2 years and with this new request for another PPI company to backcheck could take another 6 months
I see now- you are just waiting for your completion.
Keep on at them!!!

They are even contacting people who had their certificate 2-3 years ago.
