had iva request for £1355 saying ive not sent enough extra payments. I cant afford to pay this in 14 days.the office isn't open till Monday if I cant pay it in the 14 days what happens.
You do need to speak to your IP company to sort this out.

Who is your iva company,when I had extra payments to make,the company I am with were willing to tag them on the end of the iva,ring and explain this option

Firstly dont panic. The payments can easily be spread out or tagged on to the end. Its just a question of talking to your iva firm when the offices open again. They know what your income and expenditure is so cannot expect you to pluck that amount out of thin air!

When I owed money following my first yearly review, as my wages varied month to month I rang them to arrange to pay bit extra each month. They did tell me as long as it is paid off by end of IVA term it would be ok, but check with your own company as this may vary.
