Hi and welcome,

Have they said why they are doing this? Have you had a payment break or arrears build up?

They have been getting a hammering on the board recently - you need to stand your ground and push for full answers.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Ask them for a wrrtien epxlanaiton. If the reason for the 2 months increase is sound and you don't pay it your IVAs could fail, which you need to avoid.

I suspect the only way to challenge the 12 month extension is to challenge the valuation used and prove you have less than £5k equitable interest in the property failing which the extension will apply I'm (afraid however as a result you get to keep your house).
