There are charges linked to an iva that your creditors accept.

Those charges come out of the iva pot and you always owe the total debt plus charges etc. until 100 p in the £ is recovered or until 5 years is up.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Hi and welcome,

All IVA companies charge for their services.

Even the so called 'charities' charge for their IVAs.

They are entitled to be paid for their work. Their costs usually come out of the creditors pockets. That to one side you always owe 100% of the debt plus statutory interest plus costs and you pay back of this what you can afford.

If you have been lucky enough to pay everything off in full then your IVA will come to an early end.

The IVA no doubt helped you to avoid Bankruptcy - (the costs for which are higher).
