Potentially yes - depends who you go through and whether they do a credit check.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Hi and welcome,

If you are currently renting then get a letter from your landlord to state that you have always paid your rent on time - this may help.

You could also rtry and rent privately rather than through an agent as private landlords tend not to have access to credit reference agencies.

Hi - it depends on the landlord, whether they carry out a credit check and if they do whether they are concerned about the IVA when it flags up.
