I'm currently in year 4 of my IVA and the completion date is Nov 2017 ( just around the corner) I've checked all my reports and all the debts that are being paid back have a default ( D ) for each month since Nov 2011. Do these all remove themselves at the end of the 6 years? I read somewhere that the last Default listed against the account should of been Nov 2011 when the IVA started? Is this correct or do these accounts get cleared from the credit agencies at the end of the 6 year IVA?
Your defaults should be removed after the original date of the IVA.
If they are still there after that date then you need to get the creditors to remove them. I would leave it until your IVA completes, check your records and then contact the data controllers for those creditors.

Each debt will have been defaulted once ( that date of the default should be on or near the date the IVA started ). Many, if not most, creditors then repost that default each month --- this is not a new default, merely a reminder that the account remains in default.
Six years from the date of the IVA start these defaults ( if dated correctly) will drop off, along with all the monthly reminders. It should happen automatically, although sometimes a prod is required.
