Hi all I've been in an iva now for over a year and completed my annual review with no problems at all. But since then I have had 3 payslips with overtime on making it go over the 10% allowed. As its been over xmas I used the extra funds and haven't told my IP/iva what should I do now shall I wait until the next review to explain or give them a call now ??

Hi and welcome,

You need to tell your IP about this extra income and hopefully you can sort something out.

Let your IP know and if possible try and deal with it before the next review. It can probably be added on to the end of the IVA if you cannot make it up but let your IP know anyway as avoids questions later.

Hi David

Speak to your IP to sort out a solution to pay the arrears.

Ironically you might have to do some more overtime to be able to pay it back!
