I'm currently not making IVA payments due to lower income. I have equity in my home, would I be able to remortgage with my husband (who is not in an IVA and not currently on the mortgage) to release the money to pay off my IVA?

Hi and welcome,

Because of your IVA it will be nigh on impossible to remortgage and it will also impact on your husbands credit rating if you take out joint finance.
