I have received a notice of breach as some information did not get emailed across, and would like some advice in relation to this. They are stating that I have to compensate them.

What do you mean by compensate them?
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Hi and welcome,

Which company are you with? Did you miss a few payments? It may be that they need to be added on to the end.

Make good the breach by resending the outstanding information. Send it via recorded delivery post.

Also if you can prove you sent it previously then you might be able to unravel the breach.

Always send everything by recorded post if you are having issues with correspondence going missing.

What compensation do they require? Their costs are approved by creditors and paid out of funds in the IVA. Can you tell us more please?
