I have moved in with my partner who pays the mortgage. I am in an iva, I contribute to bills. Can my iva have an interest in my partner's property? Mortgage not in my name

If the property is only in your partners name then no - they cannot have an interest in it.

No but they will review your I&E and your contributions might change given a change in your disposable income.
