Hello everyone. I'm very new at IVA.co.uk and only 15 days away from the creditors meeting. This is gonna be the longest 2 weeks on my life and very stressfull as well. My IVA company is Unity, IP Gilian Wrigley. I had no pleasure to speak to her directly and would like find out whether anyone dealt with her.

Thank you

Welcome to the forum and I have my fingers crossed for a positive outcome in 15 days time for you.

I personally have not had any dealings with Unity or heard of this IP ... what I would say is communication and trust between you and your IP is essential for a successful iva.

Hi Good luck for your IVA. Its a shame you haven't been able to speak to your IP in person. Most debtors should always have a face to face meeting with their IP and make sure they're happy with them before instructing them to go ahead.

Did you meet with any IPs in Birmingham?

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your meeting. Do let us know the outcome if you don't mind.

Have you rang your IP to speak to her directly? I spoke to mine prior to the IVA start and then eventually met her at a frugal friends function we used to organise or the forum.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
