Is repayment option taken into account to obtain a re mortgage ?

If you have equity in your house and need to obtain a re-mortgage, do they take only your current monthly mortgage payment into account or will they consider the re-payment option as we only pay interest only at the moment. I'm so excited to be the first half of the day before I have

It's almost, if not totally impossible to remortgage whilst in an IVA in the current climate. To pay 12 additional payments can be an option in respect of the equity clause.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi - you probably wont be able to remortgage due to your IVA in any event so suspect the 12 month extension will apply to you instead.
