Any suggestions as how to speed up completion ? Told by DFD it might take 6 months.

Paid our last payment 1st October 2015 chased DFD today to be told it may take 6 months to complete do these companies not understand the stress they cause what should have been 5 years turned into 6 1/2 yrs and now still have to wait can you suggest anything I can do to speed the process up and we can get on with our lives

Hi Lorraine you have to keep the pressure on them. Best way is to send them a letter asking them for a written explanation as to what the holdup is and suggesting you will be considering making a formal complaint if closure is not dealt with quickly.

Even if dividend notices have to be sent out they have had time to close it by now (assuming no other key reasons for the delay)
