I am in an Iva I am currently unemployed and caring for my disabled mother .
I have 60.15 a week and every fortnight I have 90.00 income support,I am finding it increasingly difficult to live on this .
I have recently had a statement from one of my creditors who are being paid 0.99p - 1.34 per month does this seem right I pay £25.54 per week to Freeman Jones .
Many thanks
Julie

Are you 100% sure it's an iva? Sounds more like a dmp. Check the paperwork and the insolvency register, there may be a better solution for you .

Hi and welcome,

Sounds like a DMP to me as well.

Have you thought about doing a Debt Relief Order? If you have less than £50 per month after your normal bills then you could be eligible.

Not sure if FJ do them but Vincent Bond do - Viki Warbrooke is their intermediary so you could give them a call.

Me too - either way a fee will be paid so creditors will never see 100% of the money you pay in. If in doubt speak to FJ.

I agree with Kallis - a DRO might be beneficial to you. Here's a quick video I made about them that you might find useful plus a link to the application page.
