I believe an error has been made. Told I have to pay another month. Where do I stand ?

I finished my IVA in June. I was then told I would have to pay until January to clear the excess. The company have now told me that another month's payment is owed. Where do I stand as I believe this is an error. Please advise.

Why are they saying this is due? Speak to the IVA company and challenge it.

Have they told you how the error was made?

If you believe they are wrong ask them for a full written explanation.

Send your request by recorded post if you have difficulty reaching them so you have a paper trail and keep a copy.
