Your mother shouldn't have to provide anything unless she was helping with a full and final.

Do you live with her? It may be they want confirmation of rent etc.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

It also shouldn't be down to your mother to help to pay it - the IVA is yours.

Hi - why is your mum helping to pay your IVA and if that's not the case why do they think that she is?
