Made full and final settlement 8 months ago and just found out it is still with completion team there must be a massive pile of paperwork to get through to get to mine maybe you should look on the floor knightsbridge it may have fell of the desk.

8 months is a long time -- I would be making some noise right now -- just in case you are down the back of a filing cabinet!

In my humble opinion it's far too long. Shout loud and get them to have a look, as often it's he who shouts loudest, although it shouldn't be.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Sorry I have only just seen this post - I agree 8 months is too long you need to now make a formal complaint to your IP and then follow that up with the Gateway if needs be.
