I have had a letter from Nationwide saying they are applying to have the CCJ on me set aside. What does this mean? I got into financial difficulty and couldn't pay. I offered them an amount but they refused it and slapped on a CCJ on me. Now over a year on they contacted me about setting it aside! I'm confused about what it actually means.

For some reason they have decided that the CCJ wasn't warranted and are getting it removed. Are you now in an IVA ?
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Hi

An unusual move, usually the debtor is the one that applies for a CCJ to be set aside

Can you give any further details ?
