Hi, I am in joint IVA - commenced 2009 and final payment made Aug 2015. Why is that I have not received final closure / completion certificate some 8 months after this payment? Is thi usual and or what is the usual timeframe for notification after making the final payment?

The "standard" time frame is up to 6 months, many are faster, a few are slower.

Who are you with and has PPI been dealt with ? This is often a cause for delay.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Hi and welcome,

Speak to your IP about this and insist that your completion letters are sent out.
