You can cancel it if you wish - I take it there has been no creditor meeting yet?
Is there any reason why you would want to cancel?

As long as the creditor meeting hasn't taken place you can stop everything from proceeding. In most cases this will be the end of the matter for you, but, of course, you will still need to deal with the debt problems.

IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
Hi there and welcome, if you've had a change of mind for whatever reason prior to IVA meeting, I feel you can withdraw your proposal, however as Foggy says, dependent on company there may be a financial penalty to pay and you debts will remain active.
All the best in whatever you decide.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
